At Tasbuilt, we know a new home is one of the most exciting and important investments you will ever make. That’s why at Tasbuilt, whatever your age, location, lifestyle or taste, we can design a home that reflects your style and meets your individual needs.

Tasbuilt will also undertake a free site inspection of your property.

This will allow you to discuss any unique aspects or issues with us that need to be considered in your design (eg. slope, service connections). We also invite you to spend some time with a Tasbuilt consultant at our office, drawing up your plans and ideas. Once you’re happy, we’ll compile an all-inclusive proposal for you. We advise that at this stage, you complete any finance arrangements to ensure there are no unnecessary delays in the construction of your new home.

A contract tailored to your home is drawn up and signed by both parties.

Our contract states the contract price, sets out the payment plan and confirms your finance details. Payments for your new home are usually split into several payments at predetermined stages of your project. Each payment stage is referred to as a ‘progress payment’.
Once the contract is signed, and the initial deposit is paid, we will apply to your local council for approval for your new home. The approval process usually takes between 4- 6 weeks.

Once your new home is complete, your local council will make a final inspection.

One of our staff will meet you at your new home to guide you through and familiarise you with any relevant details, before handing over your key, certificate of ownership, insurance/warranty information and after sales service details.
