We held the Biggest Morning Tea

We got the Tasbuilt team together to hold the Biggest Morning Tea and have some fun!

Last Friday the 21^st, the Tasbuilt team came together at our office to have some fun and celebrate a great cause.

The primary focus of our day was to celebrate the Biggest Morning Tea and recognise the importance and effects of the Cancer Council. We kicked the day off by getting the team together and discussing cancer and its many effects. We then tucked into a delectable morning tea enjoyed by all, and fundraised for the Cancer Council. Thankyou to all that showed their support and left a donation – we raised a massive $533.80!

To have a bit of fun and show a team spirit, we put our building skills to the test and built a stretcher strong enough to carry someone on it. It sure was great to see everyone’s innovative skills, and it was even better testing the stretchers out. The teams skills sure did shine, the stretchers coped surprisingly well when someone was carried on it.

To end the day on a high, we enjoyed beef rolls for lunch. Thanks to all that came along, and helping us raise for the Cancer Council!
