1. Physical exercise

You might not be able to commit to an intense gym routine, but even just a brisk walk a couple of times a week will do wonders to clear the cobwebs and keep your mind sharp and alert.

2. Focus on what you can change

There are so many things we can do nothing about, but for all of this there is some things we can do. Focus on this things in your control, and do the things you can do. The worst thing you can do is do nothing at all.

3. Communicate

Keep close to family at friends, and take the time to call up some old acquaintances. Almost everyone is under pressure right now, and you may be just the encouragement they need to push through to the other side.

4. Do things for others

Do something for someone else and you will be surprised at how mutually rewarding it is. Even just a smile and a kind word can mean multitudes to someone that could be doing it tough. The great news is, it will make you feel better about yourself as well.

5. Don’t be afraid to call out for help

If you get into a situation that you feel is beyond you, don’t hesitate to reach out to a friend or colleague and let them know you are battling. A problem shared is a problem halved, and you will be surprised at how keen those around you are to help you rise above your challenges.
