Tasbuilt Homes offers a great range of modern home designs to choose from, but you are also welcome to customise your own design. Check out some of the custom designed modern homes in our design ideas gallery.
Below are three of our favourite standard designs to get you started…
The Blackman
A three bedroom home complete with ensuite, walk in robe and walk in pantry. The galley kitchen, and raked loungeroom ceiling make the living space an inviting and social entertaining area. The large glass doors open onto a generous deck, and the master bedroom is located at the opposite side of the house to the other rooms, ensuring a private retreat. This home is cleverly laid out to ensure all rooms can enjoy the preferred aspect.
The Roland
This home packs serious punch, with an impressive street presence, and generous living areas internally. Bi-folding glass doors open onto elevated decking, and the master retreat is located upstairs to create a private sanctuary – definitely one of our favourite modular home designs!
The Evolve
This article wouldn’t be complete without one of our contemporary MOD2 range. The Evolve is a family friendly design, with great indoor and outdoor living spaces, and three generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys its own private deck, and the galley kitchen overlooks the open plan living and is complete with a walk in pantry. The minimalist exterior of the MOD2 range make this a stunning home from all angles.
