Terms & Conditions of Entry
- By entering the prize draw, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Instructions on how to enter this competition, and other details contained within any advertising material for this competition, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- The prize is provided by the promoter, Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd, 6 Integrity Dr, WESTBURY TAS 7303.
- To be eligible for any prize you must be a resident of Australia. You will not be eligible to win the prize if you are a director or employee of the promoter, or a member of their immediate family.
- The competition commences on 4th
December 2023 and closes on 7th December 2024. The prize available is 3 x $5,000 vouchers and can only be redeemable online at Tasmania.com. There will be 3 prize winners, each recipient can only win once and therefore receive one prize only.
- The prizes are valued at $5,000 meaning the total prize value is $15,000. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
- When redeeming your prize, you must redeem it all in one transaction. You must use your full prize in one time, not at multiple times.
8. Entry conditions: During the competition period, contestants will be eligible to go into the draw by signing a Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd contract no less than $200,000.00 with all conditions met and unconditional contract signed and witnessed. Client is required to have paid deposit on new home as per payment schedule outlined in the above-mentioned contract. The customer can only enter this competition once.
9. The draw will take place at the registered office of Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd, 6 Integrity Dr, WESTBURY TAS 7303 or at an alternative venue at the discretion of the promoter. The first three eligible entries drawn will be the prize winners. The winners must be present at the venue nominated by the promoter for the draw day on Saturday 7th
December 2024. Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd will advise the location of the nominated venue no later than the 8th November 2024.
10. All amounts in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in Australian dollars.
11. The promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the promoters reasonable control adversely affects the promoters ability to conduct the promotion as described in these terms and conditions.
12. The voucher must be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
