North Hobart
Made up of a mix of character and modern homes North Hobart is conveniently located and perfect for those looking for that urban lifestyle. A short walk to both the CBD and the popular North Hobart strip where you can enjoy popular shops, cafes and restaurants.
Kingston Beach
A fantastic suburb for families, couples and singles alike. A lovely beachside suburb only a 15 minute commute to the CBD. Close to schools, public transport, golf course, beach and dog beach, Kingston Beach has something for everyone.
Richmond
Richmond is a stunning historical town 30 minutes from Hobart CBD. The village itself has over 50 Georgian buildings and the convict built Richmond Bridge. A wonderful suburb particularly for the lover of Tasmanian produce with a weekly market, the ice cream and lolly shop as well as nearby vineyards and cellar doors to be enjoyed.
Old Beach
This growing suburb with views of Mount Wellington and the river Derwent and is popular with both families and retirees. Peaceful but still close to all services and only 20 minutes from the CBD. Close to schools, public transport, shops and facilities.
Kettering
A popular seaside suburb with stunning water and bush views. Conveniently located to the Kettering Marina and the Bruny Island ferry terminal. A peaceful suburb for those who love to enjoy the water and nature. Award winning wine, cider, gin, cheese, oysters and honey are just some of the treasures produced in this area.
