THE ROLAND :
Our Southern Peaks Double Storey Homes collection has now increased to include the Roland, a light, spacious and comfortable home ideal for city or coastal living. The Roland is based on a custom designed new home recently constructed by Tasbuilt in Swansea, Tasmania. This plan offers many architectural façade options so you can customise the home to suit your style and location
Large bifold doors and windows make the living area feel like a full time holiday, backed up by a contemporary galley kitchen overlooking the living spaces and out to the deck.
The special feature about the Roland is the private masters retreat in the first floor. At the end of the day you can slip upstairs to the grand master bedroom, fling open the bifolding doors to the generous balcony, and enjoy the luxury of your own ensuite and WIR

THE HARDWICKE :
The Hardwicke is a four bedroom version of our popular Norfolk design. The open living is a timeless favourite, and wide double sliding doors mean you can open the living area up to the great outdoors, and really make the most of summer!
Like the Norfolk, the bedroom sizes are generous, and the split skillion roof line gives a contemporary appeal to the exterior façade
