Over the years we have created a huge range of plans, from one bedroom studio cabins through to five and six bedroom family homes or shared accommodation. Without question, the three bedroom home is where we find the highest demand. Three bedrooms works for a range of household situations, from a single grandparent who wants a spare room for accumulated household belongings and scope to have some guests, to an empty nester couple, or a small family with a couple of young ones. Three bedroom house plans are also a popular option for rental properties and short term accommodation, also due to the flexibility it offers the potential occupants.

Tasbuilt's three bedroom home options range from the modest Anderson design through to the striking Evolve home in our MOD2 range.

Our most popular 3 bedroom design would have to be the Blackman, which includes some great features like a galley kitchen, walk in pantry, and ensuite off the master bedroom. This design is ideal for a block that has great views (like most Tassie blocks do!) as all the bedrooms and the living area can take advantage of the aspect.
