The Reserve Bank of Australia have kept the cash rate steady at 2 per cent today for the third month in a row, but left the door ajar for a further cut this year.
The increase, which was almost double market expectations, reflected May budget measures to help small business and the pick-up in house-building and investment.
Interest rates are very low at 2%- why not secure a fixed home loan at this ever low rate!
