 Found in southern Tasmania, in the idyllic town of Maydena, is this absolute holiday haven! Sitting just above the road that connects two corners of the state, this home has a lot to love about it!

Lets start with it’s purpose! Built as a home away from home, it has been built to house the owners when they reside in Tassie for their biking holiday. It sure is a bold statement in amongst the hinterland, and the ultimate place to kick back, relax and re-energise.

With three separate sections to the home, it’s packed more than you’d think. Both wings include two spacious bedrooms, and a full bathroom. They are joined by the open plan living, dining and kitchen. And for added convenience, it includes a laundry and toilet room, and a bike room. To make the most of the stunning outdoors, the middle section of the home includes a deck at either end.

Making a bold statement, the home has been clad in black vertical cladding. While it may be a bold move, it is perfectly complimented by the lush greenery all around. The interior consists of a simple yet peaceful design. White walls and cabinetry throughout and the timber flooring are the perfect match, and dark furniture have been cleverly chosen for a stylish interior.

The bathrooms and laundry again, are consistent with a simple but relaxing interior. With grey tiles, white paint, and chrome tapware, they are timeless spaces.

The perfect home for a perfect Tassie holiday!
