The pinnacle of the Pumphouse Point experience, The Retreat is a secluded, contemporary hideaway nestled on the edge of the lake and wrapped in native bushland.
Designed for quiet luxury in the wilderness, The Retreat features:

Terms & Conditions
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition is conducted by Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd, located at 6 Integrity Dr, Westbury TAS 7303. Entrants must be residents of Australia, and employees, directors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to participate.
The competition will commence on the 7th of December 2025 and close on the 11th of December 2026. To qualify for entry, participants must sign a Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd contract valued at no less than $200,000 (AUD), with all contractual conditions fulfilled and the contract signed and witnessed. Additionally, the deposit specified in the contract’s payment schedule must be paid. Each customer is limited to one entry.
The prizes consist of three $4,000 (AUD) Pumphouse Point Wilderness Retreat vouchers, redeemable at Pumphouse Point, Lake St Claire. Each winner will receive one voucher, with the total prize pool valued at $12,000 (AUD). Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The draw will take place on the 11th of December 2026 via an online application, and will be drawn by the Tasbuilt management team. The first three eligible entries drawn will win the vouchers, and will be notified by the Tasbuilt team.
Tasbuilt Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances, including fraud or technical failures, prevent its proper conduct. Once the winning vouchers have been issued, the terms and conditions set by NRMA for the use of the gift cards or e-gift cards will apply, and Tasbuilt Homes bears no responsibility for these.
