This 3-bedroom home is situated in the picturesque area of Swan Bay, on the Eastern shores of the Tamar River. This elevated site presented some design challenges for the project, but has stunning views across and down the river.

Externally, the cement sheet weatherboard cladding and split skillion roofline create a sharp and striking profile for this home. The generous outdoor decking areas maximise views and allow our clients and their young family to enjoy effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining.

With the best views being predominantly on the home's Southern side, highlight windows were strategically incorporated into the living area's raking ceiling to ensure the home still received maximum Northern sunlight. The galley kitchen has a commanding outlook through the living area out onto the deck, and a gas log fire creates a tranquil atmosphere to relax and unwind.
