This established, family-owned business has been a trusted builder in Tasmania for over 20 years. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Painting Manager to work with their close-knit team.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Qualified Painter, you will lead and oversee all aspects of painting operations for residential and commercial projects in a team-focused environment. Your responsibilities include managing a team of painters, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to project timelines while maintaining high safety standards and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
ABOUT YOU
You are a qualified and experienced painter with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to supportive teamwork. Known for delivering high-quality workmanship, you excel in maintaining safety while meeting project deadlines and maintaining a positive team environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Average 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial painting role.
Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Working knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities and initiative.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Relevant certifications in painting, safety, or project management are a plus
