This home has been cleverly placed on level ground on, the side of the hill, high enough to capture the rolling hills out of almost every window around the home. The level ground meant that minimum-heigh piers could be used to place the home on, and very little sub-floor cladding was needed around the home. The entrance to the home has been tucked away on the back side of the home, for privacy. The entry leads straight into the spacious, kitchen, dining and living area, an important and highly sought-after feature of the Fortescue plan. Features highlight windows, large sliding door onto the deck, raked ceiling and timber flooring makes it a superior space.
