Practical simplicity, functional and with stunning views to admire

This lovely home is truly worth a visit!

This stunning two storey home has been created with simple indulgence in mind, with streamlined décor creating a sense of warmth and functionality. Set up as an Air BnB, families, couples, a group of friends can delight in its charm with views across George's Bay, in Tasmania’s north east as a beautiful extra, a truly special place to stay.

The three bedroom home plus a study is clad in Vertical Scyon Avon cladding with the ground floor including two spacious bedrooms and a main bathroom featuring timber look vanity and black tapware throughout, the main garage also has an entry into the home and includes a laundry.

Upstairs a modern style kitchen with black matt finish cupboards and stone bench tops with timber floating floor throughout, opens up to the living area with large glass doors with highlight windows opening up to deck over looking Georges Bay. Also featured upstairs is the main bedroom with glass sliding doors which opens out to the deck, and an ensuite including a free standing bath and featuring modern black tapware.

The house was designed right from the start primarily as a holiday house/short term rental, and the owners made some clever and specific design choices to suit - like having open shelving for glasses and crockery in the kitchen (so no-one spends their holiday searching for bowls), and sacrificing a walk in wardrobe in place of room for other things. They included things like a lockable storage space for their own items as well as a secure place for guests to store their bikes and other holiday toys.

Practical simplicity, functional and with stunning views to admire, this lovely home is truly worth a visit!
