This gem, on the outskirts of the rural town of Ross has a lot to love about it, with charm and quality built into every corner. Sitting fittingly in the town, this home had to be built to meet certain heritage standards, due to the area of the home. Although this was an added challenge, it was no challenge to big for the clients and for the Tasbuilt team. It just meant that it was opportunity to create something truly unique and beautiful. 

The exterior of the home has been clad in horizontal weatherboards, painted in a stunning Linseed colour. White window frames and sub floor cladding were used for the perfect contrast to the cladding. 

Inside the home features three spacious bedrooms all with built in robes, one full bathroom plus a water closet, as well as laundry with an external door. The layout of the home may be simple but was designed with convenience in mind. View the Mawson for a very similar floor plan to this home. 

The kitchen has been cleverly designed to stand the test of time, but also fit in well with the heritage style of the home. Pale green splash back tiles make for a stylish and inviting heart of the home. The living areas are laid back and simple, with ample windows giving stunning views of the vast countryside surrounding the home. 

The bathrooms are masterpieces on their own, with large format, grey marble tiles that have been paired with chrome tapware finishings.
