Located on a bush block just 10 minutes from Launceston, the earthy colour tones of this build complement the surrounding flora and fauna, making it the perfect private retreat. The home's alfresco area overlooks the nearby dam and native bushland, and is serviced from the kitchen through a pair of bifold windows, completely opening up the interior to the outdoors. In the kitchen, the wood-fired baker's oven has an old-school charm, making a homely statement. The lounge area includes a cleverly recessed TV and wall-mounted soundbar, so the tranquility and 'natural' vibe of the home aren't compromised. The main bathroom has a freestanding bath with beautiful bush views, and an in-built laundry is neatly hidden behind a roller shutter. The master bedroom is a huge space, complete with its own private deck, a cosy fireplace in the corner, and a walk-in robe. The bedroom's luxurious ensuite is set up with a wet room style shower, that removes the need for any shower screens, and is mounted inside expansive corner windows.
