YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This is your chance to take on a dynamic role where you’ll collaborate with various teams to manage a range of administrative tasks. These include month-end Accounts Payable processing, reception duties, maintaining client files, preparing end-of-sale packs, and ensuring office amenities are organised. You’ll also provide support across marketing and logistics, becoming a key part of the team’s success.
The Role:
Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and assist with month-end reconciliations.
Maintain and organise client files across multiple systems.
Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
Prepare end-of-sale packs for clients.
Provide administrative support to the logistics team.
Assist the marketing team with basic website updates.
Oversee dashboards, reports, and office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
ABOUT YOU
You’re an enthusiastic and organised individual with a passion for variety. With 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, you’re ready to bring your skills to a supportive and dynamic workplace.
You should have:
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with MYOB (or similar software), Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, positive, and approachable attitude.
The right to work permanently in Australia.
