1. By entering the prize draw, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Instructions on how to enter this competition, and other details contained within any advertising material for this competition, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The prize is provided by the promoter, Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd, 6 Integrity Dr, WESTBURY TAS 7303.
4. To be eligible for any prize you must be a resident of Australia. You will not be eligible to win the prize if you are a director or employee of the promoter, or a member of their immediate family.
5. The competition commences on 9th January 2023 and closes on 2nd December 2023. The prize available is 3 x $5,000 vouchers and can only be redeemable at The Living Room, Launceston instore or online. There will be 3 winners, the recipients can only win once and therefore receive one prize only.
6. The prizes are valued at $5,000 making total prize given $15,000. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

7. Entry conditions: During the competition period, contestants will be eligible to go into the draw by signing a Tasbuilt Homes contract no less than $200,000.00 with all conditions met and unconditional contract signed and witnessed. Client is required to have paid deposit on new home as per payment schedule outlined in the above-mentioned contract. The customer can only enter this competition once.
8. The draw will take place at the registered office of Tasbuilt Pty Ltd, 6 Integrity Dr, WESTBURY TAS 7303 or at an alternative venue at the discretion of the promoter. The first three eligible entries drawn will be the prize winners. The winners must be present at the venue nominated by the promoter for the draw day on Saturday 2nd December 2023. Tasbuilt will advise the location of the nominated venue no later than 10th November, 2023.
   
9. All amounts in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in Australian dollars.
10. The promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the promoters reasonable control adversely affects the promoters ability to conduct the promotion as described in these terms and conditions.
11. The voucher must be used within 12 months of the date of issues.
