The Blackman design is a convenient 135m2, featuring three spacious bedrooms, with the master suite boasting an additional ensuite and walk-in robe. It also includes a laundry, bathroom, water closet, and stunning kitchen with a walk-in pantry. And for absolute luxury, it has a large deck extending out from the living and dining areas.

One of the most repeated reasons is the floor plan, which is a no brainer.
