Tour Tasmania with Tasbuilt

Visiting some of our most stunning projects in the most remote locations around Tasmania

At Tasbuilt, we’re proud to say we cover all corners of Tassie — from the rugged coastlines to the quiet country towns and everything in between. This month, we’re taking you on a little tour of Tasmania to showcase just what that means.

From the north to the south, east to west, our team has been busy bringing dream homes to life in every corner of the state since 2003. Each project tells its own story — shaped by its surroundings, its owners, and the Tasmanian lifestyle we all love.

Akaroa Earthy & Elegant Escape

Right on the East Coast of Tasmania, sits this stunning Braddon home, perched just above the riverbank, which flows out to the sea. This home features a stunning and warm interior design, mostly with browns and creams. The home has been cleverly designed and positioned on the block to ensure the water views are maximised. A true statement on the waters edge in Akaroa.

White Beach Cosy Coastal Retreat

Right down on the South East Coast of Tassie, this gem of a home sits just meters away from the shores of Crooked Billet Bay. An amended version of the Clarendon design, it’s a spacious and coastal retreat with a lot to love about it. Sitting a whole 280 kilometres away from the Tasbuilt factory, this home sure did have to make a long trek to get to this far fetched corner of Tasmania.

Maydena Hinterland Home

Tucked away in the heart of Maydena, this super functional holiday home sure packs a punch for its size. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus extra conveniences, this home maybe in a very remote corner of Tasmania, but it’s got everything you need for the ultimate holiday stay.

Golden Valley Lakeside Retreat

This absolute retreat sits at the base of the grand Quamby Bluff. This idyllic location may not be far from the Tasbuilt modular factory, but it sure was a journey to get this home perfectly placed in position on this block. With luxurious finishes and fittings, this home feels as good as it looks.

Exterior view of Tasbuilt Homes’ Accommodation Units in Smithton, Tasmania, showing three modern self-contained units with timber and Zincalume finishes, decks, and large windows for natural light and views.

Smithton Accommodation Units

This 3-unit project in the far north-west of Tasmania was a pivotal project that Tasbuilt was proud to be key player in. Including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in two of the units, and three bedrooms in the third unit, these self contained modular units are a perfect option for you next time you visit this peaceful corner of our nice island.

So no matter where your dream block is, whether it’s on the South East or the tip of the North-West, or even on the surrounding islands (yes we’ve built on them before), remember that no location is too far for Tasbuilt and the transformational modular process.
