Our CEO has a keen eye for great design and practical living. With years of experience and a passion for homes that are both beautiful and functional, he’s picked out his three favourites from our range. Here’s what makes each one special, in his own words:

1. The Blackman Design

To our CEO, the Blackman stands out as grand and elegant in any setting. Inside, the high ceilings in the dining and lounge area pair beautifully with a high window, bathing the space in natural light and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The unique roof design allows for feature cladding on the exterior, adding a touch of sophistication and breaking up the façade for extra visual appeal. The floor plan itself is particularly well thought out for a three-bedroom home, with the master room thoughtfully positioned separately from the other bedrooms to give privacy and comfort.

2. The Wineglass Design

The Wineglass impresses with its thoughtfully laid-out living area at the heart of the home. A formal entryway leads directly into this central living space, and an optional rumpus room enhances the sense of openness, especially as you move into the dining area. The verandah wraps around the house, giving it classic charm and versatility—a look that adapts effortlessly to most blocks, and is especially at home on a country property.

3. The Roland Design

The Roland makes a statement wherever it is built, with its proud two-storey design. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a private retreat, complete with its own bathroom, walk-in robe, and a spacious upper deck—the ideal spot to unwind in peace, any time of day or night.
