May Happy Handovers

A snapshot of some of the dreams that became a reality in May!

May was a milestone month for Tasbuilt Homes, as we proudly handed over the keys to four stunning new homes across Tasmania. For each of these families, it marked the final chapter in their home-building journey—and the beginning of an exciting new one in a place they can truly call their own.

Smiling clients stand in their new Tasbuilt kitchen holding a gift package. The kitchen features warm wooden trims, dark cabinetry, and a green tiled splashback.

From the first design consultation to the final site inspection, our team worked closely with each client to bring their vision to life. Every home was uniquely tailored to suit their lifestyle, location, and long-term goals—whether that meant a compact and cosy retreat, a family-friendly layout with room to grow, or a modern design maximising natural light and flow.

We’re incredibly proud of the work delivered by our team—especially our project managers, who juggled timelines, site logistics and build coordination to ensure each handover went off without a hitch. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality helped turn a busy May into a month of proud accomplishments.

There’s nothing quite like that handover moment—the smiles, the relief, the excitement. It’s why we do what we do.

So, here’s to fresh starts, happy homes, and the Tasmanian dreams we’re honoured to bring to life, one home at a time. And with more homes nearing completion every week, we’re already looking forward to celebrating next month’s handovers!
