A small coastal home at it’s best…this compact 2-bedroom home situated on the sunny East Coast of Tasmania sits just high enough to capture the coastline views. It may be small but it’s the perfect package for this fabulous couple, who are now living their best life in a quality modular home, with so much to love about it.

A spacious family home situated on a sprawling countryside block in the north west of Tasmania, this home has a lot to love about it. Built to make the most of the spacious parcel of land and it’s stunning views, this Blackman plan home was handed over just a few short days ago, and is just the beginning of a new journey for the wonderful clients.

Sisters Beach Abode

Something not usually done, but something that we absolutely love, is a double story granny flat home, like this home here that was just handed over. Designed and built to fit into the backyard of an existing home and connected to the existing property, it’s a true example of functional and efficient design for small spaces. For these clients, space was a problem, so instead of going out, they went up, and it’s something we’ll definitely be doing again.

A spacious home on a spacious block, how’s this home just handed over for luxury and light. Situated to make the most of the countryside views from almost every window, this home is the all to famous design – two wings with a joining section. Akaroa Breathtaking Retreat

From the street, this home may just look like an ordinary home, but as you go down the hill to the water, this home turns into a breathtaking masterpiece sitting high above the river. This home features a unique style and colour palette inside and out, and has been uniquely designed to suit the lucky couple who now enjoy this home. A modular benefit is being able to easily raise homes high off the ground to capture views for miles, just like we did for this Akaroa home.
