Terms & Conditions of Entry
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition is conducted by Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd, located at 6 Integrity Dr, Westbury TAS 7303. Entrants must be residents of Australia, and employees, directors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to participate.
The competition will commence on the 10th of December 2024 and close on the 6th of December 2025. To qualify for entry, participants must sign a Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd contract valued at no less than $200,000 (AUD), with all contractual conditions fulfilled and the contract signed and witnessed. Additionally, the deposit specified in the contract’s payment schedule must be paid. Each customer is limited to one entry.
The prizes consist of three $5,000 (AUD) Anaconda vouchers, redeemable at any Anaconda store or online at Anaconda | Australia's Best Outdoor + Camping Store. Each winner will receive one voucher, with the total prize pool valued at $15,000 (AUD). Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The draw will take place on 6th December 2025 at the registered office of Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd or another venue designated by the promoter. Winners must be present at the nominated venue for the draw, with the location announced no later than 8th November 2025. The first three eligible entries drawn will win the prizes.
Tasbuilt Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances, including fraud or technical failures, prevent its proper conduct. Once the winning vouchers have been issued, the terms and conditions set by Anaconda for the use of gift cards or e-gift cards will apply, and Tasbuilt Homes bears no responsibility for these.
