Customer Liaison Manager Position Now Available

Tasbuilt Homes are hiring – Full-Time Position Available!

A prime position in the field of Customer Liaison with one of Tasmania’s leading modular builders, this job will be challenging, interesting and satisfying. This position would suit both male or female applicants.

The ideal applicant would require good work ethics, apply with company dress code, and be able to work up to 40 hours a week

Tasbuilt’ s Customer Liaison Managers position would include, but not be limited to:-

  • Handling incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
  • Assisting customers effectively by solving customer disputes
  • Providing customers with additional information or explains services
  • Discussing products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Handling confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
  • Completing supporting paperwork and data entry as required
  • Accurately capturing customer information
  • Creating and maintaining service reports

Job Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills
  • Work in a team, and appreciate team culture
  •  Work in a vibrant office environment
  • Passionate about outstanding customer service

Experience Required

  • Experience in the building and construction industry
  • Experience in customer care beneficial but not essential
